Clients of weight gain coach Anthony Ellis, at fastmusclegain.com hope and pray that they do gain weight. Ellis’ followers are men and women who cannot gain weight. They go to him as a last resort. He puts them on his Gaining Mass! program which consists of heavy resistance weight training and a good diet of high calories, including plenty of protein and starches.

“Though we eat a lot of calories, we don’t eat junk”, says Ellis, who himself managed to gain over 50 lbs of muscle since 1998. “Our diets are healthy. Consisting of whole foods, low sugar and plenty of fiber.” This ensures that his program users gain muscle instead of fat.

So this holiday, if you are naturally thin and want to gain more healthy weight, Ellis advocated eating plenty of turkey, chicken, brisket and other leans meats for plenty of muscle building protein. In addition pile on the potatoes, stuffing and cornbread.

“Make no mistake, these recommendations are NOT for everyone”, warns Ellis. “It’s only for those of us who find gaining weight a challenge. Ellis has over 70,000 users of his program in 100 countries worldwide, so he must be doing something right.
